I received the coffee machine and it seemed to me as advertised. I read the instructions and went to try with 1 NESPRESSO capsule, then my 1st disappointment was that the coffee didn't start foam, it looked like a coffee bag, then the 2nd disappointment, I tried to remove the capsule but the support was so tight, it only came out with alicate. I noticed that there was no loose for the piece to come out, it was too tight. I charged the machine and after 2 hours the green appeared, therefore it had a charge. I tried again with another capsule and then the 3rd disappointment, it changed the foam. The machine does not have pressure to remove a real nespresso. I will not make a return because it has already happened to me twice to make returns and I am left without the money and the merchandise. Did I only have bad luck with this purchase? I do not recommend
